To achieve this, we are seeking for Test Automation Engineer to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice.

Our team is part of EY's Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally. The transformation imperative is urgent, challenging and opportunity-rich, interested to join us?

Your key responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable test automation frameworks and tools that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps engineers to embed quality into the software delivery lifecycle from the ground up.
• Develop advanced automated test suites for APIs, microservices, and distributed systems as well as mobile, web and desktop apps.
• Drive shift-left testing practices and champion quality engineering principles across teams.
• Investigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative, practical solutions without blockers.
• Contribute to performance, security, and reliability testing strategies.
• Mentor team members on automation best practices and modern testing approaches.

To qualify for the role, you should have:

• 4–8 years of experience in software development and test automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
