The Opportunity:

As a senior consultant, you are a strategic advisor in cyber risk, strategy, and governance. You deliver high-quality cybersecurity services with a focus on operational resilience, continuity, IT risk, and third-party risk management. Together with Nordic colleagues, you develop solutions and integrate regulatory requirements into customers' frameworks and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and deliver high-quality cybersecurity services within risk and control, operational resilience, third-party risk management, possibly with experience in analyzing business operations' effectiveness, developing continuity plans, managing incidents.
• Contribute to the development of business solutions and marketing materials.
• Participate in proposal work with Nordic colleagues.
• Analyze and implement regulatory cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead deliveries in our customer projects.
• Identify areas where we can support our customers.

We seek you with experience in:

• Implementation of risk and control frameworks, including continuity management and operational resilience and third-party risk.
• Design and implementation of risk frameworks and design of controls within cybersecurity.
• Practical implementation of regulatory requirements, as well as compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Reporting and follow-up of ICT risk.
• Stream or project management from larger implementation projects and change journeys.
• Experience working in banking, insurance, Financial Supervisory Authority, or other related experience in working with financial institutions.

Qualifications for the position:

• Degree in computer science, informatics, cybersecurity, business administration with a focus on IT, or other related field.
• A total of at least two years of previous experience in cybersecurity or IT consulting.
• An understanding of what is relevant in the field and how a consultant can contribute, for example, in digital resilience, cyber risk, third-party risks, AI etc.
• Documented project management experience.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Swedish and English at a professional level.

We welcome you to have:

• Relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CBCI, etc.).
• Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS2, Financial Supervisory Authority guidelines, EBA regulations).
• Knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27000, ISO/IEC 22301, NIST, PCI DSS).
• Ability to develop and lead teams and projects.
