RISK MANAGEMENT: one name, but many worlds to contribute to
For our Milan office, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Consultant to join our team, specialized in providing support for the review and setup of Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit frameworks. The candidate will also play a key role in supporting the definition of Target Operating Models (TOM) and risks aligned with new sustainability standards.
- Risk Management and other control functions:
- Analyze the current risk framework and risk assessment methodologies in line with leading best practices; review overall risk management frameworks, define the Target Operating Model (TOM) for risk management, and develop change roadmaps.
- Evaluate management reporting requirements; design appropriate reports depending on the stakeholders involved, standardize report formats, and develop dedicated dashboards.
- Analyze the processes, structure, and capacity of the Risk Management function; identify any gaps and design future business partnering frameworks.
- Perform setup and complete reviews for control functions (Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit) in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., evolution of Solvency II, IVASS regulation, etc.);
- Sustainability Risks and Reporting:
- Monitor the evolution of Sustainability Reporting Standards, with a focus on the EU Taxonomy and CSRD.
- Support the identification, development, verification, and implementation of key Sustainability Reporting Standards, in line with financial and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on business practices in relation to the evolution of sustainability regulations.
- Support the definition of TOM to integrate sustainability reporting into business processes.
- Support the definition of ESG risk frameworks and the execution of risk assessments and climate scenario analyses.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage any issues promptly.
The skills we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting and/or the insurance sector;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Strong team spirit, balanced with a good sense of autonomy;
- Desire to learn and grow in the global insurance sector;
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
