We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager in our Financial Services Consulting team who can seamlessly jump into client projects in expert roles and lead project assignments while supporting the sales process. Our team focuses on the business development of our insurance, banking, and asset management clients, covering both fast-paced analysis projects and multi-year project implementations. We are part of a Nordic organization and collaborate extensively with both international and local experts.
We are now seeking a specialist for our Business Consulting team, where we focus on supporting our clients in growth, operational efficiency, and major transformations. We work closely with other specialists in risk and compliance management, as well as in leveraging technology and data. We are looking for someone with a background in consulting and a desire to support the development journey of our junior consultants. We expect evidence of successful project and/or project team leadership, problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to achieve results by leading a team. If you have prior experience and expertise in customer experience development, service design, process improvement, or have supported larger system transformations, this expertise will be beneficial in your future role.
We prefer previous experience in banking, insurance, or finance, and since our clients are predominantly Finnish-speaking, we expect you to have good oral and written proficiency in Finnish, in addition to strong English language skills. We also expect you to have a relevant higher education degree and any possible certifications, for example, in project management or agile development.
