People Consulting Specialist | HR-Strategy, Change & Technology

Location: Vienna | Hours: Full-time | Starting: Immediately

We continue to grow in People Consulting and are looking for motivated talents who want to drive HR strategy, organization, and technology with fresh ideas and passion. Whether you have initial project experience, are already an experienced expert, or manage complex transformation programs – with us you will find the right entry point, real opportunities for development, and room for personal and professional growth.

Your possible professional focus areas:

  • HR Transformation: Workforce strategy, skill planning, talent and leadership topics, HR organization, HR processes, compensation, job architecture, people analytics
  • Change & Organization: Organizational development, strategic change management, digital enablement, cultural change, leadership coaching, organization design
  • HR IT Strategy & Technology: HR digitalization, HR IT strategies, requirements engineering, software selection, HR process analysis & process design, HR software implementation

Our areas – your impact:

HR Transformation: Shape the future of HR strategies, roles, and processes

  • You independently accompany workstreams or take on the professional responsibility for complex transformation programs, depending on your experience level.
  • You develop workforce strategies, analyze skill needs, and support the establishment of modern people and leadership concepts.
  • You design HR organizations and processes, develop compensation models and job architectures, and use people analytics for data-driven decisions.
  • Over time, you increasingly take on project management, stakeholder management, quality assurance, and act as a trusted advisor for clients.

Change & Organization: Accompany companies through change processes – strategically, effectively, and sustainably

  • Depending on your experience, you support in transformation projects, lead independent work strands, or take responsibility for large change initiatives.
  • You develop concepts for organizational development, strategic change management, digital enablement, cultural change, and leadership alignment.
  • You design change measures, moderate workshops, design communication and training formats, and support leaders in change.
  • With increasing expertise, you take on comprehensive professional responsibility, orchestrate complex stakeholder landscapes, and accompany leadership teams at the C-level.

HR IT Strategy & HR Technology: Take HR technology, systems, and processes to the next level

  • Depending on your experience, you work on digital HR projects, lead workstreams, or take responsibility for complex end-to-end digitalization projects.
  • You develop HR IT strategies, conduct requirements engineering, and support the selection of HR software.
  • You analyze HR processes, design process designs, and support the implementation of modern HR technologies.
  • With growing experience, you take on holistic project management, coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, ensure quality, and act as a professional expert in HR tech topics.
  • You work closely with clients, support colleagues in the project, and build expertise in market-leading tools.

Your profile – skills that enable change

  • Initial consulting experience or already solid expertise in HR, change, or HR IT topics
  • Ideally experience in (part-)project management, moderation, or stakeholder management
  • Enthusiasm for people topics and modern organizational design
  • Clear communication, team orientation, and strong customer focus are part of your skills
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working method
