We are looking for talented Managers to join our People Experience team as part of our UK Financial Services People Consulting team. Our People Experience team provides solutions across Change management & communications, Culture & ways of working, Digital people experience and Future HR.
As a manager in our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of transformative projects for our clients, taking an employee-centric approach to delivery. You'll work within a team to deliver innovative and insightful solutions, showcasing best-practice insights to support successful client delivery. As a manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day delivery support across project teams, contributing to effective go-to market strategies and supporting development of our overall people consulting capability and solution offering by providing counseling and upskilling opportunities to our more junior team members.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day project delivery across transformation projects, taking ownership for project management activities, managing and upholding client relationships, managing delivery teams, supporting effective teaming and upskilling more junior members of staff through training, coaching and feedback, overseeing and managing development of reports/deliverables, proactively raising risks and issues with leadership, contributing to go-to-market activities, generating revenue by identifying and communicating additional engagement opportunities, and developing a good understanding of EY solution offerings.
To qualify for the role, you must have relevant professional service experience, experience working within both small and large multi-disciplinary teams, experience of delivering change/communications projects across the Financial Services Sector, relevant degree-level education and/or professional qualifications, ability to travel, and right to work in the UK.
