The Learning Services Specialist (LSS) manages the deployment, planning, delivery of service line curriculum. They are expected to be involved with cross-service-line learning and other key learning initiatives as they arise. A portion of this role will report to specific service line curriculum learning tasks. This role promotes overall synergies with the firm's learning strategies. The LSS also manages a range of learning operations functions, including learning administration, vendor management and client experience management. This role needs to effectively balance working very independently while applying a consultative approach to address business needs with the right team members on a regular basis.
This role works with and shares hybrid reporting to the SL learning team as well as to the Deployment team to help create deployment plans that identify target learners, outline communication needs, and prepare and assign instructors. A successful candidate will have strong project management skills and learning operations oversight experience.
