The Engagement Management Services (EMS) team at the GDS helps all ITTS engagements to enhance service delivery by ensuring proactive coordination, timely communication and efficient engagement management in a cost-effective manner. We are trained to carry out engagement management activities that are essential to each engagement, across different phases of the engagement life cycle.
Role and responsibilities: Accountable for assigned projects and to project sponsors. Coordinate cross functional teams to execute project to achieve project goals. Assist with the planning and execution of activities required to meet project goals within the project budget and schedule constraints.
Job Duties:
Required Education, Experiences and Competencies: Minimum Bachelor's degree. Higher education is a plus. Minimum 3 years of project management experiences. Understanding and demonstration of project management methodology and associated tools (project start-ups, project planning, execution & tracking, etc.). Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus. Project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills.
