The opportunity and your responsibilities:
The HR Transformation and HR Technology team deals with HR issues related to human capital value strategies, definition of operational and organizational models, process reengineering, organizational development, and organizational sizing analysis for third-party, public, and private entities.
What will you do?
- Manage clients independently and develop commercial initiatives related to the topics in scope.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated and innovative solutions to clients.
- Support clients in creating value from their organizational transformation initiatives, with particular attention to business results that impact clients' P&L.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure adequate understanding of needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement human capital value strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client organizations.
- Define and optimize operational and organizational models to support client strategic objectives.
- Lead process reengineering projects to improve business performance.
- Ensure organizational development through the analysis and design of effective organizational structures.
- Conduct organizational sizing analyses to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure overall project coordination and governance.
- Identify and manage project risks and potential issues according to quality standards while ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
- Coordinate team resources, supporting their performance and growth.
The skills we are looking for:
- Degree in engineering or economics;
- At least 9 years of experience in people advisory or organization in consulting firms or structured organizations;
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading teams;
- Combination of technical experience, leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail to ensure project success and meet client needs;
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in human capital management and organizational development;
- Proven leadership abilities, with a strong aptitude for team management and team member motivation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders and influence business decisions positively;
- Excellent financial management skills for a project;
- Ability to manage and coordinate the team, with a collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment. Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to manage changes and face challenges proactively. Good knowledge of the Office package and English language.
