The opportunity: your next adventure awaits. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our HR department for a one-month contract. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our internal processes by ensuring the organization and compliance of our document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Review: Examine folders, identifying and discarding unnecessary and non-compliant document.
  • Organization: Transfer folders in the storage system.
  • Digital Document Cleanup: Conduct a thorough review of digital folders, eliminating unnecessary and non-compliant document.
  • Folder Categorization: Sort and categorize the folders into relevant repositories, clearly distinguishing between employees.
