The opportunity CSS role enables Consulting Engagement team's efficiency and delivery through the key project management and coordination activities. We support end-to-end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement, region and competencies. We help in project coordination & management, financial analysis, engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries.

Your key roles and responsibilities include managing operations for multiple global clients/processes, coordination, supervision, and development of a growing team, growing CSS business through building networks, integrating with client engagements and developing new services, interfacing regularly with engagement stakeholders, developing strong working relationships and leveraging information gained to anticipate client needs, involving in people initiatives including recruiting and training professionals and acting as a role model, leading and collaborating on team and Consulting level initiatives, managing and counseling team span of 15-20, team development (mentoring, counseling, team building), fostering the key values of EY, responsible for quality control, review of the team's work, and ensuring overall adherence to Turn Around Time, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement, facilitating establishment of new work from project initiation to 'business as usual', being insightful about the Consulting solutions and utilizing that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations, cultivating strong understanding of technology trends and AI applications to provide insights and applicable support for our clients and stakeholders in achieving their business goals, reporting, preparing Business Reviews and Dashboards for client team including senior leadership, supporting quality and risk management needs across Consulting practices, able to effectively summarize and conclude on work, applying appropriate documentation standards, and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation.

Skills and attributes for success include any graduate, preferably Business Mgt./Business Admin/Economics or Master's degree, good to have PMP, Prince 2 or relevant certifications, previous relevant industry or project management experience- ideally at least 10+ years with 1-2 years' experience in mid-level management role, excellent people skills, promotes teamwork, ability to lead and motivate a group of 15-20 team members, very strong organizational and management skills; ability to delegate effectively and allocate work amongst team members, strong English communication - both written and verbal, strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft suite (Excel, power point presentation, Power Apps/ PowerBI etc.), strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks, assertive, with strong influencing skills, prior experience working with Global clientele preferred, and confident to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally.
