The ServiceNow Presales Consultant supports the Go to Market and Sales teams by contributing to solution discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, and early stage customer engagements. This role is ideal for a consultant with foundational ServiceNow experience who is ready to apply their platform and process knowledge to help shape deals, articulate value, and guide customers through the early stages of their transformation journey. You will work closely with senior presales consultants, solution architects, and account executives, participating throughout the sales cycle—from qualification to scope definition.
