All within the Risk Consulting division of EY, we are looking for new colleagues to join our Enterprise Risk team focused on Risk Management & Compliance to support the EY Italia Network companies. The position will be based in our Milan office with a flexible and hybrid working mode.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Compliance Officer function of the EY Italia Network with particular reference to third-party due diligence activities;
• Supporting the evaluation and management of requests from the Leadership, aimed at safeguarding various risks (e.g., reputational, labor law, etc.) with particular attention to verifying compliance with EY internal policies and procedures and compliance with regulations through document analysis, dedicated tools, etc.;
• Supporting the drafting and formalization of the outcomes of compliance checks, sharing the results with the company's Leadership;
• Supporting the coordination with other company functions;
• Organizing and maintaining the documentary archive related to individual due diligence practices;
• Supporting periodic reporting activities to EY's top management.

The skills we are looking for include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Law;
• At least one year of experience in Internal Auditing or Compliance with particular reference to third-party due diligence, both in corporate environments, consulting contexts, or law firms;
• Analytical, documentary, and contractual skills;
• Precision with a strong attention to detail;
• Propension to effective time and priority management;
• Problem-solving skills for managing ambiguous cases and/or with incomplete information;
• Ability to work towards objectives, independently and in teamwork (compliance, legal, risk, HR);
• Good knowledge of the main Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good knowledge of the English language.
