The Engagement Management Services (EMS) team at the GDS helps all ITTS engagements to enhance service delivery by ensuring proactive coordination, timely communication and efficient engagement management in a cost-effective manner. We are trained to carry out engagement management activities that are essential to each engagement, across different phases of the engagement life cycle.
The Preparer will need to work closely with a Reviewer to provide Engagement Management Support for clients/stakeholders, understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved in the global service delivery and ensure that they have a strong understanding of:
