Our evolving finance function optimization service offering includes Strategy and Operating Model of the Finance Function, Performance and Cost Management, Business Process Optimization, Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") systems, Enterprise Performance Management ("EPM") tools, Finance Integration in M&A, and Data Analytics.
