We are looking for a new colleague who will take on the role of Business Assistant in the Business Support Operations team. You will be involved in administrative tasks such as requesting and processing purchase order numbers (PO) for orders, so that they are handled correctly and in a timely manner, and managing and requesting cooperation with business partners (BRIDGE).

Minimum of a completed MBO 4 level education;
A strong administrative background and you can dive into complex tasks;
A service-oriented approach and you have an eye for detail;
You can analyze processes and propose improvements;
Good communication skills.
What will you do?
You work in the Business Support department within the Operations team, which focuses on relieving internal customers of administrative tasks. You process administrative tasks according to the processes established by EY. In case of doubts or questions from the internal customer, you are their first point of contact. You ensure accurate and timely processing of administrative data, analyze and improve processes to guarantee service excellence, and work with different departments to optimize administrative processes.
