Business Development Manager in Accounting, HR, and Tax Compliance
Your responsibilities:
- Actively conducting sales activities in the area of EY services including accounting, HR, and tax compliance
- Acquiring new clients and developing cooperation with existing ones
- Conducting meetings and discussions with clients (Polish and foreign), covering both business and operational aspects of EY services
- Presenting the EY offer—its scope, business value, and possibilities for cooperation
- Researching client needs and identifying areas of potential cooperation within accounting, HR, and tax compliance services
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Preparing sales materials, offers, and presentations
- Collaborating with accounting, HR, tax compliance, and other experts to prepare solutions tailored to client needs
- Using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and EY.ai EYQ—a private and secure generative AI platform—and other unique solutions often available only in EY. AI supports daily analytical work, data work, and the creation of new solutions, allowing you to focus on insights, quality, and real value for the client. We regularly invest in new technologies to create an environment where innovation is a practical tool, not an addition.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling professional services, preferably in HR, accounting, tax, or compliance
- Ability to conduct discussions with business clients and operational teams (e.g., payroll, accounting)
- Communicativeness and ease in building relationships at different levels of the client organization
- Independence, responsibility, and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to quickly learn new services and respond to regulatory changes
- Flexibility and openness to EY’s evolving offerings
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2)—including fluent communication during meetings and discussions with foreign clients
