Job Opportunity in Laval

Our client is looking for customer service representatives to complete their team at the head office in Laval.

Main Responsibilities

Handling outbound calls:

  • Making outbound calls to existing and potential clients, following predefined scripts.
  • Contacting clients for follow-ups, to obtain necessary information for their file follow-up.

Sales and opportunity follow-up:

  • Contacting prospects interested in purchasing vehicles or clients who have already shown interest in an offer, ensuring the follow-up of their requests and orienting them to the sales department.
  • Collecting information on clients' needs and preferences to help personalize the vehicle and service offer.

Updating customer databases:

  • Recording and updating client information in internal systems after each call.
  • Ensuring accurate management of databases and ensuring that all information is correctly classified and accessible.

Customer satisfaction evaluation:

  • After each interaction, evaluate customer satisfaction and ensure appropriate follow-up in case of additional needs.
  • Ensure a proactive approach to anticipate client needs and guarantee their loyalty.

Collaboration with other departments:

  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and after-sales departments to ensure smooth communication and a consistent customer experience.
  • Providing regular feedback on trends, concerns, and client requests to help improve services and processes.

Performance objectives:

  • Achieving individual and team performance objectives in terms of call volume, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring a high level of performance while respecting company quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Call center experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center, ideally in the automotive field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in French (and in other languages, an asset).
  • Empathy and customer service: Ability to actively listen to clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Results-oriented: Ability to achieve performance objectives while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate rigor in managing client files.
  • Proficiency in IT tools: Knowledge of CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and office software (Microsoft suite, etc.).

Requirements

  • Degree in management, communication, or a similar field (an asset).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service, ideally in the automotive industry or a similar sector.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingualism

Hours: 8:00-17:00

Salary: 20.00$
