Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer (ph.d.)

Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer for our Civil & Structural Engineering Practice in Denver, CO.

You will be responsible for

• Developing and implementing analytical tools and frameworks to characterize and assess critical infrastructure risks and support decision making
• Performing quantitative and probabilistic risk analysis to determine the impacts of hazards on infrastructure
• Performing engineering analyses related to project work in the energy sector
• Preparing technical reports and presentations related to project work in the energy sector

You will have the following skills and qualifications

• Ph.D. in an engineering discipline and 3+ years of post-graduate experience
• EIT or PE (Industrial and Systems, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or the ability to obtain a Professional Engineer license within 3 years
• Technical background in probabilistic risk analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to gather information and convey technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and related industry
• Applies technical knowledge, creativity and innovation in completing assignments
• Efficient and poised under stress; receptive to changes and new ideas; able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to support multiple group projects

Compensation

Our consultants are rewarded for their technical and business contributions and have an opportunity to plan for future success and career growth. The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.

Salary Range

USD $125,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
