✨ About The Role
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing business, while developing partnerships with customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, advocating for the benefits of adopting Explo and overcoming objections to provide value
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets set by Sales Leadership, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to explore new customer and product opportunities for growth
- Become an expert on Explo products and buyers, driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization
- Opportunity to be a founding member of the sales team, with ownership over the sales process and development as the team expands
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with at least 3-4 years of full cycle sales experience in the SaaS space, particularly in closing business with SMB and Mid-Market accounts
- Skilled in building relationships with technical leaders within organizations and identifying prospects' pain points to deliver effective solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong multitasker who can adapt to changing situations and is passionate about driving sales growth
- Bonus points for knowledge or experience in the data analytics space
