Explo is quickly scaling and we’re looking for talented sales professionals who are excited about joining a high-growth startup. As an Account Executive, you will have a huge impact on our business and will be leading the sales process while developing partnerships with our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity to be a founding member of our sales organization and have a great deal of ownership over the sales process and development as our team grows. The opportunity here is big, we’re aiming for double digit monthly growth.
What you will do:

Own the end-to-end sales process from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing business.

Be a trusted advisor to our customers, championing the benefit of adopting Explo.

Understand and overcome objections to provide value to customers.

Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets set by Sales Leadership.

Partner with the sales, marketing, and even product team to explore new customer and product opportunities for growth

Work autonomously to drive Explo sales.

Become an expert on Explo products and our buyers.
What we're looking for:

1+ years of full cycle sales experience within the SaaS space.

Experience closing business in SMB and Mid-Market accounts.

Understanding of the sales process.

Experience establishing relationships with stakeholders, specifically technical leaders within an organization.

Skilled in identifying prospects’ pain points and delivering an effective solution.

Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

Multi-tasker who can adapt to changing situations and a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
