We're seeking a Portfolio Integrator / COO to own day-to-day operations, turn strategy into predictable results, and free the founder from operational bottlenecks. This role requires systems thinking, revenue operations expertise, and a bias for execution. Key responsibilities include:
4–8 years in Integrator, COO, or RevOps roles at lean SaaS, BPO, or productized-service companies. Proven success building CRM playbooks, cold outbound infrastructure, and performance dashboards. Hands-on with CRM, outbound automation, billing, HR, and analytics tools. Experience creating SOPs and automation workflows. Skilled in managing cross-cultural remote teams. Preferred: Knowledge of the real estate ecosystem. Messaging platform integrations. Basic paid acquisition experience.
