Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects using financial pre-screening questions.
• Set and confirm appointments to maximize show-up rates.
• Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to move leads through the funding funnel.
• Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce with accurate, updated data.
• Collaborate with loan officers to convert qualified leads into funded deals.
• Track and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and activity targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (with a clear American English accent).
• Proven inside sales experience (B2B lending or financial services preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM for lead management and reporting.
• Strong follow-up skills, time management, and ability to handle high-volume calling.
• Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented.
