Account Growth Manager ( Hybrid: Sales + Client Success) - Remote Eligible

Account Growth Manager

This is a remote position. We're looking for results-driven Account Growth Manager to win new clients and grow existing accounts. You'll be the main point of contact from first hello to long-term success — driving revenue, building relationships, and making sure clients see real value. Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and qualify leads through research, calls, and networking.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and secure referrals.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals to win new business.
• Represent the company at events and build industry connections.
• Support market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Client Success & Growth (Post-Sales):

• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth service adoption.
• Maintain regular communication to monitor satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent results.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Work with the CEO to finalize contracts and pricing when needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years in client-facing sales/account roles
• Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel a plus)
• Real estate or agency background preferred
