IT Support With Home Office In Full Or Part Time In IT Service Team

Since almost twenty years, 3C Deutschland GmbH is the leading provider in the field of claims process control and automation in DACH. Through our claims platform, several million messages are processed annually. The 3C Deutschland GmbH is the largest user of the GDV-Schadennetz. Our support team consists of 5 friendly colleagues. Mostly we coordinate from the home office, working closely together and supporting each other. Once a month we meet for a joint office week, where we enjoy personal exchange and always have a team event.

What you do with us:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers: You take support requests, advise on products and applications, and process complaints
• You categorize tickets, prioritize them and solve them mostly independently
• You work closely with other departments
• You keep an eye on our monitoring and enable a quick response to status changes
• You also monitor our early warning system to detect system disruptions
