Strategic Marketing & Content Lead

Re:Them is searching for a bold and insightful Strategic Marketing & Content Lead to take ownership of the brand's voice, content strategy, and full-funnel campaign execution. This role sits at the core of ReThem's growth engine—responsible for transforming product insights, user value, and market trends into engaging narratives that resonate with buyers across all digital touchpoints.

You will lead cross-functional campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring our storytelling aligns with business objectives and speaks to our key personas. From explainer videos and thought-leadership content to high-converting landing pages and product releases, you'll set the standard for how ReThem shows up to the world.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Campaign Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and development of ReThem's content across web, email, blog, and social channels.
  • Plan and execute full-funnel content campaigns (TOFU–BOFU) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and user education.
  • Align messaging frameworks to product positioning and sales cycles while adapting to different verticals and buyer personas.

Multi-Format Content Creation

  • Lead the production of diverse content types including articles, explainer videos, landing pages, campaign decks, infographics, case studies, and customer stories.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar in collaboration with social, product marketing, and design teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a creative partner to Product, Sales, and Design teams to ensure all content is technically accurate, visually cohesive, and audience-relevant.
  • Work with internal and external video designers, motion artists, and writers to execute creative assets that support GTM launches.

Brand Voice & Narrative Stewardship

  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Evolve brand storytelling to reflect evolving product capabilities, competitive advantages, and market opportunities.

Campaign Tracking & Optimization

  • Define and monitor success metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion) for content performance.
  • Continuously improve content formats, distribution strategies, and messaging based on data insights.

Core Tools & Technologies

  • AI-Assisted Writing & Research: ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI
  • Content & Campaign Platforms: Google Docs, Notion, Loom, Canva
  • Design Collaboration: Adobe Suite, Figma (in coordination with designers)
  • Campaign Tracking & Scheduling: Trello, Jira, Asana, Google Sheets
  • Distribution Channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Email (HubSpot or Mailchimp)
