We are looking for a strategic and analytically driven Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations Excellence to generate actionable insights that influence leadership decisions, improve service experience, and reduce operational costs. This role combines advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and AI to deliver clear, forward-looking insights that guide strategic direction and service transformation across the organization.
As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations Excellence within our Traveler and Partner Service Operations Excellence org, you will be a core thought partner to senior leadership—solving ambiguous, high-impact problems that span operational efficiency, customer experience, and growth strategy.
You will bring a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to complex, unstructured business challenges; develop workplans and quantitative models; translate data into actionable insight; and communicate recommendations with exceptional clarity and influence.
