Expedia Cruises is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Franchise Services Specialist to join the Franchise Services team to support franchise owners through various key milestones of franchise ownership. You will be part of a team committed to the ongoing success of our network of franchise owners and who are passionate about powering global travel for everyone, everywhere.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the franchise agreement renewal process, ensuring each renewal is completed accurately and on time. You will also support other critical initiatives, including store sunsets and technical set up assistance. Success in this role requires the ability to guide franchisees through structured processes, maintain momentum, and meet important deadlines. By helping franchisees meet and maintain brand and operational standards, you will contribute to preserving and enhancing the asset value of each location through consistent adherence to our brand and operating procedures.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and oversee the franchise agreement renewal process guiding franchisees through the renewal of their franchise agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Collaborate with internal teams and franchise owners to ensure a smooth, coordinated, and timely renewal experience
  • Conduct brand compliance assessments evaluating retail locations to ensure adherence to brand standards and identifying upgrades required
  • Review company documents, prepare formal requests for contracts team, and maintain up-to-date records and resources
  • Follow up on store upgrades identified during the renewal process to ensure timely completion
  • Complete the closure process for retail locations, including booking transfers, database updates, and procedural reviews with franchise owners
  • Assist with the technical and supplier setup of new or transitioning stores
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to execute processes and meet deadlines
  • Maintain and update all process documentation, records, resources, and assets to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required

Experience and qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or franchise operations
  • A degree in business or a related discipline
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, especially in complex or sensitive scenarios
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach to follow-up and responsiveness

The total cash range for this position in Vancouver is $73,000.00 to $102,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $117,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
