Create, execute, and document manual and automated test plans and test cases for tokenization systems, smart contracts, and crypto asset functionality.
Test end-to-end interactions across distributed systems, APIs, blockchain components, and supporting services.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies and champion a quality-first mindset.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and architects to identify risks and improve processes.
Support release cycles, monitor behavior in production, and perform root-cause analysis using a detective-style approach.
Validate integrations, data flows, and security-relevant behaviors across blockchain and backend services.
Proven experience as a QA Analyst / Tester in software development environments.
Familiarity with smart contracts and tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, or Remix.
Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Hands-on experience testing APIs with tools like Postman or Swagger.
Fluent English for documentation, communication, and technical discussions.
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and clear communication skills.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Knowledge of blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, or similar) and blockchain/crypto security concepts.
Background in fintech, financial services, tokenization, or Web3 organizations.
Basic programming skills in JavaScript, Python, Go, or similar languages.
