Contribute to backend development using Java
Support services built with.NET Core, including Web APIs, Worker Services, or Lambda-based solutions
Work with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI 3+ specifications
Interact with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Write and maintain unit tests, applying testing best practices as you grow
Gain hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including Lambda, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway
Work with containerized applications using Docker and develop exposure to orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS
Participate in systems using event-driven architectures (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka)
Apply core engineering principles to produce clean, readable, and maintainable code
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java for backend development
Basic experience with.NET Core (Web API, Worker Services, or Lambda)
Familiarity with REST APIs and OpenAPI 3+ concepts
Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
Initial experience with unit testing and an interest in testing best practices
Basic understanding of AWS cloud services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway)
Familiarity with Docker and curiosity about Kubernetes and/or ECS
Basic understanding of event-driven architectures (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka)
Foundational knowledge of engineering principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, and KISS
Genuine interest in writing clean, maintainable, and sustainable code
Academic experience, internships, or personal projects using AWS
Any exposure, even at an entry level, to the financial services industry (banks, fintechs, payment companies)
Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Golang
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), including through studies or labs
Curiosity about observability, performance, and scalability
