Installing, configuring, and testing computer systems for lab equipment in close collaboration with suppliers and users.

Implementing and monitoring data backup procedures.

Writing and maintaining technical documentation associated with the systems.

Providing support during equipment qualification phases.

Maintaining systems in operational condition and ensuring system monitoring.

Updating systems and associated documentation.

Assisting users in their daily operations and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responding to technical incidents and analyzing recurring problems.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.

Someone who thrives on understanding how things work and takes pride in delivering reliable, hands-on IT support.

A detail-oriented troubleshooter who enjoys diving into hardware, software, and network challenges.

A clear communicator in English and French, able to support users and explain technical concepts with ease.

A self-starter with a degree in IT or a related field, and proven experience as an IT technician—ideally in a lab or healthcare setting.
