Your role
- You follow the daily production and planning in one of our production facilities.
- You optimize chemical processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
- You take the lead in projects around sustainability, digitalization, safety, quality, training, and logistics.
- You grow to a management position within the site.
Your profile
- You have a degree in civil engineering in chemistry or a doctorate in chemistry.
- You have a strong interest in process technology, ESHQ, and energy management.
- You communicate fluently, take initiative, and feel responsible for your projects.
- You like to work in a team.
