Responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform the monthly billing of the supported service unit/regional platform in an efficient way.
• Self-organized monitoring and quality management of the operational service charging of the service unit/regional platform supported.
• Responsible to coordinate the upload of annual budget adjustments and charge KPI's of the service unit supported.
• Maintenance of central charge KPI's.
• Support reorganizations within the group and organize an update of the relevant charging data.
• Coordinate, monitor and ensure the quality of billing relevant master data setup in accordance with the ISC-guideline.
• Support the setup of new service level agreements and annual update of price lists/price sheets.
• Billing process after care/clarification of customer enquiries (internal/external).
• Self-dependent professional consulting and support of end-users in service charging processes (especially project & product charges).
