We are currently seeking a talented: IT service manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Support IT policies, ITIL processes, and compliance inquiries;
• Manage validation (CSV) and ensure regulatory alignment;
• Ensure quality standards and support audits;
• Collaborate on SOP rollout, training, and documentation;
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, preferably ITIL 4 Foundation level;
• Experience with ITSM tools like Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar;
• Understanding of compliance standards, security best practices, and regulatory requirements;
• Strong documentation and reporting skills; ability to handle structured, regulated environments;
• Project management basics, preferably Agile/Scrum or Waterfall;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Organizational and leadership skills; vendor communication/procurement experience is a plus.

Monthly salary ranges from 3320 EUR to 4150 EUR gross (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.)
