This role sits within the International People Operations team and is based in our Amsterdam office. This is a hybrid role, with a current requirement of working 3 days on site in the Amsterdam Office and will require some occasional travel to our other offices within Europe and to the UK.

Reporting into the Senior People Operations Manager, the role of the People Service Delivery Manager (Europe) is responsible for the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of core People Operations processes across multiple European jurisdictions. This role ensures a consistent, compliant and high‑quality employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, while maintaining accurate People data and robust operational controls.
Acting as a regional subject matter expert, the role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Reward, Payroll, Finance and our Governance & Compliance teams, and serves as an escalation point for complex operational matters. The People Service Delivery Manager (Europe) also plays a key role in driving operational excellence, system optimisation and risk mitigation across Europe, balancing standardisation with local requirements.
