HR Project Manager

This role sits within the International HR Operations team based in Birmingham city centre. This is a hybrid role, with a current requirement of working 3 days on site in the Birmingham Office.

Reporting into the Senior HR Service Excellence Manager, the role of the HR Projects Manager will lead and manage international people related projects including annual and cyclical events such as the firm's promotions process, supporting on pay review and partner performance reviews as well as one off business delivery / strategic projects.
As a confident communicator you will be pivotal in organising and supporting at high profile meetings with senior HR management and executives of the firm, together with providing accurate information, reports, updates and managing actions for any specific project as requested.
