Job Requirements:

  • Maintain a regular presence in the workplace and actively interact with employees to ensure compliance with the organizational climate.
  • Interact daily with employees, building trust and honest communication.
  • Conduct focus group discussions with employees daily, seeking general employee feedback and providing a summary report of the discussions with conclusions.
  • Create an environment that makes Everise a preferred employer in the local market.
  • Provide close and professional support to employees. Must be familiar with company policies and procedures to address employee concerns promptly.
  • Guide all employees through the various processes, thus promoting a positive experience.
  • Participate in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of activities to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare events and coordinate with suppliers, searching for potential partners for the Everise Privileges program.
  • Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personnel information, leave, turnover rates, etc.) both on paper and in a database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.)
  • Support the candidate selection and confirmation process by assisting in the pre-selection of internal promotions, etc.
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc. and maintain the team's agenda.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Conduct orientations, onboarding, and record updates with new hires.
  • Assist with HR projects, such as collecting employee feedback.
  • Comply with the payment of benefits to former employees.
  • Ensure compliance with the organizational culture and climate.
  • Attend to other functions assigned to your position.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced studies in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related degree
  • Experience in the Human Resources department
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great ability to multitask.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability regarding task completion and attendance.
  • Team coordination skills.
  • Advanced with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRMS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
  • Knowledge of local laws.
  • Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level or higher
