Technicien Support Proximité H/F

After an integration period combining professional training and practical experience, you will join our team on a permanent contract as a Proximity Support Technician (H/F) in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux (26) in the chemical sector. You will join a team of 4 employees supervised on site by a supervisor.

Your missions:

You carry out proximity interventions
Your relational skills allow you to adapt your communication to each user
Your organizational skills help you to intervene on requests according to their level of urgency
You are responsible for the follow-up of each incident and its resolution
In case of unresolved incidents, you have the possibility to escalate to a higher level
You enrich the knowledge base to share your expertise with your team

You intervene on technical environments such as Windows 7, 10, Office 2016, 365, Outlook 2007, specific business applications, mobility tools, local and telecom network (LAN/WAN), materials...

This position is for you if:

You have a qualifying degree in computer science (bac+2/3), and possess a successful first experience in IT support at a distance/in proximity and user assistance.
Working in a team is a source of inspiration for you, and allows to progress the collective skills.
You have real listening, rigor and adaptation skills
Your technical and relational skills are your assets to progress and evolve alongside us, towards expert or manager positions.
