Service Catalogue Manager
We are looking for a Catalogue Manager to support the management of cross-functional requests, service catalogues, and associated deliverables.
Missions
- Maintain and update the catalogues of requests.
- Follow up on deliverables, milestones, SLAs, and associated actions.
- Participate in the definition of formats, typologies, and processes.
- Manage the consistency of catalogue entries.
- Collaborate with IT, PPO, and communication teams.
- Contribute to the continuous simplification and optimization of services.
Qualifications
- Experience in PMO, support or operational management.
- Irreproachable organization, rigor, autonomy.
- Good ability to structure and simplify.
- ITIL knowledge is appreciated.
