Service Catalogue Manager

We are looking for a Catalogue Manager to support the management of cross-functional requests, service catalogues, and associated deliverables.

Missions

  • Maintain and update the catalogues of requests.
  • Follow up on deliverables, milestones, SLAs, and associated actions.
  • Participate in the definition of formats, typologies, and processes.
  • Manage the consistency of catalogue entries.
  • Collaborate with IT, PPO, and communication teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous simplification and optimization of services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in PMO, support or operational management.
  • Irreproachable organization, rigor, autonomy.
  • Good ability to structure and simplify.
  • ITIL knowledge is appreciated.
