Machine Learning Engineer (Hyperautomation)

We are looking for an innovative and analytical machine learning specialist for placement with our direct client. Our client is a multinational industrial company that is currently investing in the technological improvement and automation of production business processes.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation by leveraging automation and artificial intelligence technologies.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI implementation.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA and AI solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of automated solutions.
• Develop automated solutions integrating AI models.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes and AI models.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in process automation and AI technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new automated processes and AI-based tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, data science, or equivalent.
• Experience in business process automation and AI implementation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Understanding of business operations and workflows in various industrial sectors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
• Availability to travel occasionally to Group locations (Italy and abroad).

• Scripting Languages: e.g., Python (pandas, asyncio), JavaScript, PowerShell
• Artificial Intelligence: e.g., ML/DL Frameworks: Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers
• NLP & Computer Vision: e.g., spaCy, NLTK, OpenCV
• Integration and Orchestration: e.g., RESTful API, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Airflow, Kubernetes
• Databases & ETL: e.g., SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Security and Compliance: e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Additional Information

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and offers a hybrid working model (5 days per month of remote work). Work location: Nova Milanese (MB)

Permanent employment is anticipated.
