Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OSS systems and related IT infrastructure
Manage incidents, service requests, and change management using ServiceNow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime
Document technical processes and maintain a knowledge base
Participate in IT projects and system upgrades when required
2–4 years of experience in an IT Technician or similar technical role
Experience with OSS systems is highly desirable
Strong experience using ServiceNow
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
Availability to work on-site in Warsaw twice per week
Work Mode: On-site, 2 days per week
