Senior Product Marketing Manager - Website & Positioning/Messaging

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Website & Positioning/Messaging, you will be the owner of our company's core narrative. Your mission is to develop and govern the foundational messaging that defines our brand, differentiates our products, and resonates with our key audiences. You will also serve as the strategic owner of the company website, leading its content and messaging strategy to ensure it is our most effective channel for building our brand and generating demand.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Develop, own, and evolve the company's primary positioning and messaging framework, ensuring it is used consistently across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead the content and messaging strategy for the company website, working cross-functionally with design and marketing teams to create a clear, compelling, and high-converting user experience.
  • Tailor our core messaging to create distinct value propositions for our target market segments and key buyer personas.
  • Conduct customer and market research to uncover deep insights that will inform our messaging and ensure it is grounded in the voice of the customer.
  • Partner with the demand generation team to optimize website content and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the rest of the product marketing team to ensure a consistent and powerful narrative is reflected in all launch materials and sales tools.

What We're Looking For

  • You have 7+ years of product marketing experience, with deep expertise in developing positioning and messaging frameworks for legaltech or B2B SaaS companies.
  • You are an expert storyteller and an exceptional writer, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive language.
  • You have proven experience managing the strategy for a B2B website and understand how to use it as a strategic tool for branding and lead generation.
  • You are customer-obsessed, with a strong background in conducting qualitative research to drive messaging decisions.
  • You possess a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build a category-defining brand from a foundational stage.
  • A background in brand strategy, journalism, or professional writing is highly valued.
