Enterprise Architect – HR & ServiceNow
We currently have a vacancy for an Enterprise Architect – HR & ServiceNow fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Developing and maintaining enterprise architecture blueprints, covering business processes, information flows, applications, and technology infrastructure using the ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) software;
- Creating and documenting key architecture deliverables, including Architectural Decision Records (ADR) – Capturing key technology choices, rationale, and trade-offs as well as Architectural Decision Records (ADR) – Capturing key technology choices, rationale, and trade-offs;
- Design business processes for different HR domains (pre-selection, recruitment, talent management, 2 (on/off) boarding, service desk, using the ServiceNow platform and external systems of records;
- Ability to clearly explain and communicate business processes to business stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment between technical models and operational practices;
- Ensuring consistency and integration across enterprise systems through standardized patterns, reusable components, and API-driven architectures.
