Business And Application Support Analyst
We currently have a vacancy for a Business and Application Support Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements;
- Business process and model analysis;
- 2nd line support analysis, tracking and monitoring of business workflow application problems and impediments up to their resolution;
- Analysis and redaction of detailed problem descriptions and reports as meaningful input for upstream support teams (3rd line, application developments teams);
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis as well as risk analysis;
- Resolution Time Analysis and Resolution Time Analysis;
- Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
