Job Description

Responsible for the administrative management of personnel and the development of human resources within its scope (Headquarters), deployment of the HR policy defined by the Human Resources Directorate, and providing HR expertise to the headquarters staff.

Advice and support to operational staff: Accompany the Members of the Comex, N-1 Comex and Service Managers in their decisions impacting human resources, and help them integrate the HR dimension into the implementation of the company's strategy. Advise daily the Service Managers and answer all their questions related to the application of labor law (in liaison if necessary with the internal Social Relations team) and to the management of human resources. Deploy on its area of responsibility the HR projects defined by the Direction and ensure their good knowledge and application at the headquarters; Accompany the Service Managers in the follow-up of their teams.

Recruitment: Accompany managers in their recruitment activities by proposing a service offer adapted to the context and the criticality of the position in liaison with the recruitment service of the headquarters (Relationship with recruitment agencies, School for alternation…).

Administrative management of personnel: Validate the employment documents (contract, addendum, letter of mission…) ensuring the proper application of social legislation and the respect of internal procedures (salary scale in particular); Carry out disciplinary procedures, dismissals and follow up legal disputes in liaison with the Social Relations department; Manage and pilot the HR activity and guarantee the quality of the administrative management of personnel within its scope in liaison with the payroll.

HR Development: Accompany the Service Managers in the implementation of HR development processes: Annual interviews / Talent Review, NAO, individual increase; Development of skills/identification of training needs and ensure the proper application of these processes.

Supervision: Supervise an HR and possibly an internship contract.
