Franchise Implementation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Franchise Implementation Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation process of franchisees in various countries.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Prioritizing and managing connections with franchisees, brokers, and sales teams.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for franchise brokers and partners.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and evaluations of broker relationships.
  • Keeping accurate records of broker interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborating with franchisees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Providing guidance and assistance in understanding franchise agreements and operational guidelines.
  • Facilitating communication between franchisees and various internal departments.
  • Assisting with the development and execution of franchise training programs.
  • Addressing day-to-day queries and concerns from franchise & partners.
  • Monitoring the progress of franchise implementation projects and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to franchise activities.
  • Regularly checking and updating accounts to ensure accurate information.
  • Reviewing and maintaining web pages related to franchise connections.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to support connection activities.
  • Ensuring that all connections align with the franchise expansion strategy.
  • Tracking and reporting on the progress of connections.
  • Resolving any issues or inquiries related to franchise connections.

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of franchise systems and operations (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in franchise support or related roles is a plus.
  • Language skills: English is mandatory
