Your main duties include taking care of customers who want to rent a car from us, both corporate and private customers. This includes receiving, confirming, and preparing bookings for car rentals both by phone, email, and in person. In addition, you will also account for rental agreements, manage daily transactions, and handle other common office tasks. The job also includes preparing, delivering, and checking in cars. You will primarily be located at one of our rental offices in Stockholm, specifically Täby and Kista. The job also involves close cooperation with our other rental offices in the Stockholm area. The positions are for two permanent employments with a six-month probationary period. Hiring will occur as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled according to the station's opening hours.

Personal qualities: To thrive in this role, it is essential that you are service-oriented and skilled in customer service. Sales and communication skills are important. You have good teamwork skills and are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to prioritize your work. We also see that you have good administrative skills and are meticulous.

Important for the job: Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Completed 3-year high school. 1–2 years of work experience from service both in person and by phone. Good knowledge of MS Office package. B-driving license.
