Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

Job Description

Software Engineer – Data, AI & BI / Full Stack Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Bangalore Position Type: Full-time Overall Objective Assist in the development and maintenance of BI, data engineering, and AI-assisted solutions within a modern Azure cloud-native ecosystem. Support integration of intelligent automation and analytics into existing business processes by collaborating with SSEs and Technical Leads to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in building data pipelines for ingestion, processing, transformation, and reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions under guidance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance improvements.
• Support development of Azure-based cloud solutions, including Data Lake, Synapse, Azure Functions, etc.
• Contribute to integrating AI-based services and APIs to enhance business processes and decision-making workflows.
• Use Python or C# for scripting, automation, backend logic, or model/API integration.
• Help troubleshoot production and pipeline issues and resolve incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile sprints, daily scrums, and deliver features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Follow coding standards, DevOps practices, and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or full-stack engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experience working with Azure Cloud Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Functions, Key Vault, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of Python and/or C# for scripting and backend development.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services or models via APIs, or practical exposure to AI-driven business enhancements.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and collaborative development practices.

Good to Have

• Hands-on exposure to MLOps, model lifecycle management, or data science pipelines.
• Experience in regulated domains like healthcare or pharma.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Event-driven streaming platforms.

Required Qualifications

• MCA or Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

Performance Appraisal Criteria: Eurofins has a strong focus on performance management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
