To strengthen our dynamic team Eurofins Umwelt West GmbH is looking for you as a Regional Sales Team Manager (m/w/d) in full-time and indefinite employment.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Team Manager (m/w/d) you will lead and develop your regional sales team and set clear goals together with them.

You actively shape the implementation of the sales strategy in your region - in close coordination with the sales management and with a view to sustainable growth.

You strategically and goal-orientedly steer regional sales activities to achieve and expand sales, results, and market share targets.

You analyze sales figures precisely, derive effective measures from them, and ensure transparency through professional reporting.

As a central interface you coordinate sales-related processes with laboratory management, sample collection planning, and order management and ensure that customer needs are always met.

Qualifications

You have a completed degree in business, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification that prepares you for demanding sales tasks.

Your several years of experience in B2B sales - ideally in environmental analysis or in the laboratory sector - show that you can confidently manage complex customer structures.

In a comparable management role, you have already proven that you successfully develop and strategically lead teams to success.

You convince through excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a clear goal orientation.

You are proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and sales-relevant analysis tools and use them to actively manage your sales activities.

You have a willingness to travel within your region and very good German language skills in speech and writing - English language skills are a plus.
