Eurofins VBM Laboratoriet A/S is part of an international group and a leader in environmental and geotechnical analyses in connection with construction and project developments. We work on everything from soil pollution and indoor climate to building screening and take care of the entire process – from consultation and sampling to analysis and evaluation of results.

Position Description

We are looking for a service-minded and positive receptionist who can make both customers and colleagues feel welcome – both on the phone and in person.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Receiving and distributing incoming phone calls
• Welcoming and handling visitors and customers
• Assisting internal departments with proofreading and quality checks
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies

You will be an important part of the daily routine and have a role with a lot of contact and the opportunity to make a difference.

Qualifications

Additional Information

Work Schedule The position is a temporary replacement with a duration of 2 years. It is a part-time position with 25-32 hours per week, working from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
