To strengthen our team of Eurofins Umwelt Südwest GmbH, we are looking for you as an Inside Sales Representative (M/W/D) / Consultant at the earliest possible time at the location of Trier in full-time in an indefinite fixed-term employment.

Job Description

• As a Sales Consultant (M/W/D) you advise existing and new customers on analysis services, sample collection, and analytical requirements.
• You develop individual offers – tailored and customer-oriented.
• You clarify test parameters and methods directly with the laboratory management and test management.
• You actively participate in the pricing, calculation, and standardization of offers.
• Even after the order has been received, you stay on top – for all-round good customer service.
• You work closely with the laboratory, test management, and sample collection planning to ensure optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• You have a degree or a completed scientific or commercial qualification.
• Experience in environmental analysis, laboratory services, or customer service is an advantage.
• Your working style is structured and solution-oriented, coupled with a pronounced organizational talent.
• You feel confident in handling CRM systems and MS Office and are proficient in the technical preparation of services.
• You communicate clearly and customer-oriented – both in the team and with various specialist departments; good German language skills are required, English language skills are a plus.
